Payouts are processed monthly. If your expected payout hasn't arrived within 5 business days of the payout date, we recommend you raise it in the Affiliates Telegram group for prompt response - or email affiliates@nansen.ai with your registered wallet address and we'll look into it.

How can I change my receiving wallet address?

To change your receiving wallet address, send a message in the Nansen Affiliates Telegram Group to get a prompt response. For whatever reason, if there is no response - email us at affiliates@nansen.ai.
