What am I allowed to promote?

You can market and promote Nansen's products and services honestly and accurately. All content must comply with relevant laws, advertising regulations, and these Terms.

What content is off-limits?

You cannot publish content that:

  • Makes false or misleading claims about Nansen (eg: token airdrops, guaranteed ROI, etc).

  • Implies you're a Nansen employee or officially endorsed

  • Is offensive, obscene, or legally non-compliant

  • Infringes third-party intellectual property

  • Uses your Affiliate Link on coupon/deal aggregator sites

  • Constitutes spam

Are there restricted countries?

The following countries and regions are restricted from accessing the Nansen application in respect of trading services: Bhutan, Singapore, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Ukraine regions of Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk.

Affiliates must not (i) encourage anyone to use a VPN or any other method to circumvent geoblocking applicable to the Restricted Jurisdictions, or (ii) encourage anyone in the Restricted Jurisdictions to trade with Nansen.

Can I say I'm partnered with or sponsored by Nansen?

No. You can identify yourself as a Nansen Affiliate, but you cannot imply sponsorship, endorsement, or any formal business partnership beyond your affiliate relationship.

Can I use Nansen's logo and branding?

Yes, you can find all Nansen’s brand assets here. All usage must comply with Nansen's branding guidelines. This license ends if your participation is terminated.

Can Nansen use my name or content to reference me as an Affiliate?

Yes, by default. Nansen may reference you and your public content across their owned channels. You can revoke this at any time by emailing affiliate@nansen.ai β€” Nansen will action this within 5 business days.

Can my participation be terminated?

Yes - either party can terminate at any time with written notice. Nansen also reserves the right to permanently withhold unpaid rewards if Terms are violated.

What happens to my earned rewards if I'm terminated?

Nansen may hold accrued unpaid rewards for a period after termination to account for things like cancellations or subscription downgrades before issuing final payment.

Where can I track my performance?

You'll have access to a real-time dashboard with full visibility into your activity.

How do I report a bug with my dashboard?

Email affiliates@nansen.ai with a description of the issue and a screenshot if possible. Our team will investigate and follow up.

Who do I contact for support?

For program support, you can either message affiliates@nansen.ai or simply DM us via Telegram or Discord.
