Nansen Raffle Terms and Conditions

Campaign period: The raffle program shall run for 10 weeks from Monday, June 15, 2026 to Sunday, August 23, 2026, with weekly draws held every Tuesday (first draw: June 23, 2026; final draw: August 25, 2026).

Total prize pool: $1,000,000.00

1. Who can participate

Open to all registered Nansen users.

2. How to earn raffle tickets

Each week (Monday 00:00 UTC → Sunday 23:59:59 UTC), you can earn tickets from trading, referrals, or both. Tier snapshots are taken at the same instant the weekly window closes.

a. Base earn rates (own trading):

• Spot: 1 entry per $1,000 of trading volume

• Perps: 1 entry per $10,000 of notional volume

Only trades executed on the Nansen platform UI count toward raffle tickets. Trades placed outside Nansen (including direct onchain trades, external frontends, or other venues) do not count, even if the wallet is connected to Nansen.

b. Referral earn rates (Direct Referrals only, diluted 1:5):

• Spot: 1 entry per $5,000 of L1 referral spot volume

• Perps: 1 entry per $50,000 of L1 referral perps notional

Tickets earned during the week are multiplied by Nansen Points tier at week's end: No Tier 1x · Green 2x · Ice 3x · North 4x · Star 5x

Ticket Validity & Reset: Raffle tickets are valid only for the week in which they are earned. Tickets do not roll over or accumulate across weeks — each weekly draw uses only the tickets earned during that week's earning window (Monday 00:00 UTC → Sunday 23:59:59 UTC). At the start of each new week, every participant's ticket balance resets to zero.

3. How winners are picked

At the end of each week, we run a random electronic draw. The more tickets you have, the higher your chance of winning.

Winning results will be disclosed through the in-app reveal flow. Users must complete the in-app reveal flow to find out whether they have won. To ensure users do not miss their chance to reveal their results, reminder notifications may be sent via email and in-app prompts during the applicable one-week reveal period.

Winners have exactly one week to complete the in-app reveal flow, starting from the weekly draw on Tuesday until the following Tuesday's draw (Tuesday 10:00 UTC → the following Tuesday 09:59 UTC). Email and in-app reminders will be sent during this period. If a prize is not revealed within this one-week window, it can no longer be claimed.

4. The prize

The total prize pool is $1,000,000, paid out across 10 weekly draws. Each week, 100 winning tickets are drawn, with each winning ticket receiving $1,000 — for a total of $100,000 paid out per week.

To receive a prize, the winner must complete the in-app reveal flow and then tap "Claim to Nansen Wallet". Prizes are paid out in USDC on Solana directly to the winner's Nansen wallet.

Prizes can't be exchanged and can't be transferred.

Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.

5. Other terms

• Nansen reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification and Nansen's official X (Twitter) account at least 7 days before they take effect.

• Any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity may result in disqualification.

• Each participant may only use one account to participate. Multi-accounting or any coordinated activity to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Nansen may disqualify any participant and all related accounts involved in such activity, and void any entries, prizes, or rewards associated with those accounts.

• This program is not open to persons located in or operating from any jurisdiction in which participation would be unlawful or prohibited under applicable laws and regulations. These jurisdictions include Singapore, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and certain regions in Ukraine (including Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk).
