What are Nansen Points?
Nansen Points is our loyalty program designed to reward genuine participation, built for our most committed community members. Through subscriptions, staking, paid referrals, and onboarding achievements, users stack Points that unlock valuable perks across Nansen and our partner ecosystem.
Nansen Points is a multi-season journey that evolves over time. Season 01 marks the beginning—each new season unveils fresh rewards and perks, growing alongside the explorers who are truly invested in what we're building.
What is Season 01 (S01)?
Season 01 is the activation into your Nansen Points journey—the first chapter of an ongoing adventure. Running from June 17 for three action-packed months, Season 01 is all about activating your Points and discovering new ways to win.
Each season brings exciting new rewards and perks for users who subscribe, stake, and successfully refer others into the Nansen ecosystem.
When does Season 01 start and end?
Season 01 launches June 17, 2025 and runs for three rewarding months (until September 30, 2025). That's your window to maximize your Points through subscriptions, staking, and paid referrals.

What can I unlock with Nansen Points?
Nansen Points unlocks exclusive perks across our ecosystem and with select partners—special discounts, priority Alpha access, free seats, and premium benefits to our most loyal members.
How will I know how many points I have?
You'll track your Points balance and tier progress directly in your Nansen Points Hub. We've crafted a sleek, intuitive interface that displays your current Points, tier status, and your path to the next milestone.
How do I stack Nansen Points?
You build your Points empire through these strategic actions:
Subscriptions
Staking
Successful paid referrals
In-app onboarding achievements (eg: setting up Smart Alerts)
Do I need to do anything to keep my points?
Yes—you must activate your initial Points to secure them permanently.
Once activated, your Points from subscriptions, staking, and successful paid referrals flow directly into your Nansen Points Hub.
Remember: Unactivated Points vanish at Season 01's end—activate before the deadline to protect your treasure.
What happens after Season 01 ends?
Your activated Nansen Points and tier achievements advance with you to Season 02 and beyond. However, unactivated Points disappear forever at Season 01's conclusion—so activate your Points before the season finale.
Is this a token?
No, Nansen Points is not a token. Our current mission is building something meaningful that rewards genuine commitment to the Nansen ecosystem.
The program creates lasting value for our most dedicated explorers—evolving across multiple seasons with enhanced perks, rewards, and exclusive access—growing alongside the pioneers who are truly invested in our shared journey.
I saw mentions of Nansen dropping an airdrop?
Stay vigilant against unofficial claims about Nansen airdrops. We haven't made any official announcements regarding airdrops, and accounts making such statements may be misinformed or worse, running scams.

Partner-Specific Reward Details
Some Nansen rewards come from our external partners, each with unique rules around upgrades, redemption periods, and code usage. Here’s what you need to know:

Bybit | No restrictions on upgrade. | Codes are valid till 2026-01-01 00:00 UTC. Valid for 90 days once activated. |
Coin Gecko | Upgrades are possible, we just need to display the correct code of the new reward. | Codes can be redeemed for 12 months. |
Delphi Digital | No upgrades are possible. | Redemption links expire on the 30th September, however the discount applies to annual subs. |
Kaiko | Users can upgrade within 12m to a different annual paid plan and receive the same discount. | See trial length in the rewards card above. Discount applies to the FIRST subscription only for 12 months. |
Kast | Users can upgrade across the different tiers by receiving a new code. | No expiry on codes. |
Monis | Codes are only used for the first purchase. If the user has already purchased a plan, then any subsequent promo code will not work for him, since we need a fresh wallet, which did not have the first purchase. | No expiry on codes. |
Tokenomist | Possible if users upgrade from Pro to API tier, conditioned by pro-rated. More info in Stripe docs. | See length in rewards card. Discount is not continuous in the next billing cycle. The code has no expiry date. |
