What's changing with Nansen's pricing

We're simplifying to one Pro plan priced at $49/mo (annual) and $69/mo (monthly). This will give you access to all of the powerful features of Nansen. No tiers, no limitations - just complete access to all of Nansen.

When will this change take effect?

The new Pro plan launches September 25th, 2025.

Why are you making this change in price?

We’ve always believed powerful onchain data should be accessible to everyone.

This represents our long-term commitment to making professional-grade onchain analytics open to investors and traders of all levels.

How is Pro different from Professional?

Pro maintains all Professional capabilities while adding unlimited prompts and portfolio with our recent launch of Nansen mobile app.

With Pro, you're getting most of what you got for Professional, but for a 20X lowered price point!

How is this cheaper?

Our new Pro plan delivers most Professional features ($999/mo) at $49/month - here's the breakdown:

Professional Plan Costs:

• Annual: $11,988/year ($999/month)

• Monthly: $15,588/year ($1,299/month)

New Pro Plan Costs:

• Annual: $49/month = $588/year

• Monthly: $69/month = $828/year

Your Savings:

• New Pro vs. Professional Annual: Save $11,400/year (95% less)

• New Pro vs. Professional Monthly: Save $15,000/year (96% less)

You're getting identical premium features while paying a fraction of the previous cost - essentially 20x less than the old annual Professional plan.

I'm currently on the Pioneer plan ($99/month). What happens?

You'll get access to all the premium features (previously Professional-only) while paying 50% less. This includes:

• Unlimited labels/watchlists/alerts

• Unlimited Smart Alerts

• AI Deep Research for Wallets

• AI Analysis for Tokens

• Early access to new features

• Smart Segments with PnL filters, and proprietary macro indicators

Will my current subscription auto-renew at the new price?

Your current plan continues until your next billing cycle, then automatically transitions to Pro at $49/mo (annual) / $69/mo (monthly).

You will get access to all features from Sep 24 already. While the pricing might persist until next payment, feature sets will be unlocked right away.

What's included in the Pro plan?

Everything from both previous plans, for far-less the price! This includes unlimited access to our mobile features such as prompts and portfolios tracked, but also everything in our web app:

• Full Smart Money data (refreshed daily)

• Wallet-level PnL performance tracking

• Unlimited AI-Powered Smart Alerts

• Unlimited custom labels, watchlists, alerts, segments, CSV downloads

• AI Deep Research for Wallets

• AI Analysis for Tokens

• API & MCP Early Access w/ 1K Starting Credits (then pay-as-you-go)

• Early access to new features and betas

• Nansen Score with token sentiment and risk ratings

If I just renewed my annual plan, what happens?

Your current subscription remains active with all benefits until the next billing cycle. Then, automatic rolls over to the new Pro monthly plan.

But no worries, you’ll still get access to all features from Sep 25 already. While the pricing might persist until next payment, feature sets will be unlocked right away.

If it has been less than 3 months since you purchased the Professional plan, given the timing of your payment, our support team can discuss goodwill options including up to 3 months of complimentary access to help offset this transition.

I just renewed my annual plan...can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, plan transitions don't typically qualify for refunds.

Your current subscription continues with full access until your next billing cycle, when you'll automatically transition to Pro plan pricing.

While we don't typically provide refunds for plan upgrades that add value, our support team is available to discuss very specific situations.

What makes this 20x more valuable for Pioneer users?

For one, you’re getting what used to cost $999/mo (annual), all for $49/mo (annual) / $69/mo (monthly) - that is literally 20x less!

Additionally, if you were a Free or Pioneer user, you're getting 10x more features (unlimited labels/alerts, AI tools, API access credits, all the prompts you need, and more).

Do I need to do anything to transition to the new plan?

No action required. Your account will automatically roll over to Pro with expanded access when your current billing period ends.

Will my data and settings carry over?

Absolutely! All your portfolios, watchlists, settings, labels, and historical data remain unchanged.

Do I need to pay extra for mobile access?

Not at all! What’s great about this new change is that you get complete mobile access with unlimited portfolio tracking included in your Pro subscription.

Why should I trust this pricing will stick?

This reflects our long-term strategy of bringing the world onchain. Accessibility is important, so this change is a way to allow more people can use the right tools to help surface the signal, and create winners.
