What payment methods do you accept?

We accept crypto, including BTC, ETH, DAI, and USDC. We also accept debit/credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX (except AMEX India), and UnionPay.

Do you accept payment in crypto?

For our annual plans, you have the option to pay with crypto using BTC, ETH, USDC, DAI, or pUSDC. Coinbase manages the payment process on our behalf.

To pay with crypto, simply click on the 'Pay with Cryptocurrency' button on the Payment Page and follow the provided instructions.

How do I manage the credit/debit cards associated with my Nansen account?

Nansen does not store your credit/debit card details. Your card details are securely managed by Stripe. As a Nansen customer you can manage all payments methods directly via Stripe here.

Please note you must enter the email associated for the Nansen account with recurring subscription.

If you wish to delete all card details, do reach out to Nansen support.

What should I do if my payment fails, I get double-charged, or my subscription isn't active after paying?
