Since 31 October 2026, you can't sign in to Nansen with a wallet. Sign in with Google, Apple or email and password instead.

If you used to sign in with a wallet, set one of these up. It takes about a minute.

  • Your account, subscription and history

  • Your connected wallets

Why we made the change

A wallet-only account can't be recovered if you lose the wallet. With Google, Apple or email, you can always get back into your account.

Set up your new sign-in

Still signed in? Go to Account in app.nansen.ai and select Add Email.

Signed out? Go to app.nansen.ai, and on the sign-in page select I previously signed in with a wallet.

Then:

  1. Select Choose a new sign-in.

  2. Sign a message with your wallet to confirm it's you. This doesn't move funds or cost gas.

  3. Choose Google, Apple or email. For email, open the link we send you, then set a password.

  4. Next time, sign in with the method you chose.

Is this safe?

Yes. You set up your sign-in on idp.nansen.ai, Nansen's sign-in page, then return to app.nansen.ai. Check the address bar shows one of these.

Nansen will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, or ask you to send funds. The signature in step 2 only proves you own the wallet.

Your privacy

If you choose Google or Apple, they share your email address with us. With Apple, you can choose Hide My Email to keep your address private.

Troubleshooting

I lost my wallet, don't recognise it, or it won't sign

Email support@nansen.ai with your wallet address and an email we can reply to. We'll help you get back in.

My wallet isn't Ethereum or Solana (for example Sui, Cosmos or Starknet)

These wallets can't sign in or confirm. Email support@nansen.ai with your wallet address.

I didn't get the verification email

Wait 5 minutes and check spam. If the address is already used by another Nansen account, we don't send an email. Use a different address, or email support@nansen.ai if you want to combine accounts.

My Google or Apple account is already linked to another Nansen account

Choose a different sign-in method, or email support@nansen.ai.

Can I still sign up with a wallet?

No. New accounts sign up with Google, Apple or email.
