How can partners send rewards to Nansen Points holders?

We’ve made it super easy for partners to send Permissionless Rewards to Nansen Points holders directly - all through our Points API endpoint.

No approvals, no cuts taken from our side — just a direct way to reach high-value onchain users with incentives that bring them into your ecosystem.

What is Joint Venture Protocols (JVP)?

Joint Venture Protocols are protocols that Nansen co-creates and co-funds with partners we believe in.

Rather than only building in-house or passively supporting external projects, JVPs allow us to take a deliberate approach: helping bring new protocols into the world that we believe the future of finance actually needs. Each JVP will be bootstrapped with our community - starting with Points holders.

What can I actually do with Nansen Points right now?

Your Points unlock an exclusive world of Nansen and partner perks—special discounts, priority Alpha access, free seats, and partner product credits. Check your Points Hub explore this season's treasure trove of rewards.

This is just the beginning—Nansen Points is a multi-season adventure with expanding benefits each season.

How do I redeem points?

Open the left-hand menu in the Nansen web app and tap Points to view your balance and claim your rewards.

If I redeem a reward, what happens to my Points?

Nothing! Even when you redeem rewards, you keep the same amount of Points you had before, meaning more to gain than to lose.

Who can redeem Rewards?

To redeem any reward, you must be Green tier or higher.

An active subscription is not required, but keeping a subscription or active stake is recommended to continue stacking points and maintain your tier.

Do I need to wait until I reach a high tier to get any rewards?

Not at all —rewards start flowing from day one at the Green tier. We've designed immediate value for every participant, with increasingly premium benefits as you climb the tiers.

Why can’t I redeem a reward?

If you’re unable to redeem a reward, the most common reasons may be:

Your tier is below Green tier
The reward is onchain and no Rewards Wallet has been added

Will I lose my perks if there’s a bug or system delay?

Never. Your Points are fortress-secure and continuously backed up. You'll receive everything you've earned and maintain uninterrupted access to your benefits.

Partner-Specific Reward Details

Some Nansen rewards come from our external partners, each with unique rules around upgrades, redemption periods, and code usage. Here’s what you need to know:

Partner	Upgrade information	Length of rewards offered
Bybit	No restrictions on upgrade.	Codes are valid till 2026-01-01 00:00 UTC. Valid for 90 days once activated.
Coin Gecko	Upgrades are possible, we just need to display the correct code of the new reward.	Codes can be redeemed for 12 months.
Delphi Digital	No upgrades are possible.	Redemption links expire on the 30th September, however the discount applies to annual subs.
Jumper Exchange	Nansen users are eligible to claim XP bonus only once, based on their current tier. To get the XP, users will be directed to https://jumper.exchange/missions, and be asked to complete one bridge/swap task as well as verifying their Nansen tier. XP will be distributed once every month.
Kast	Users can upgrade across the different tiers by receiving a new code.	No expiry on codes.

Country-Specific Restrictions

Some partner rewards may not be available in certain countries due to payment processor limitations or local regulations. See the table below for details:
