Where can I find your privacy policy?
Yes! You can find our Privacy Policy here. We update it as regularly as we can.
What kind of Personal Data does Nansen collect?
We may collect:
Account details: Email, password, and blockchain wallet addresses.
Payment info: Cardholder name, billing address, and blockchain transaction data.
Contact info: Names, company, job title, and communication handles (e.g., Discord, Telegram).
Technical usage data: IP address, device info, browsing history, and clickstreams.
Marketing preferences: Your opt-ins and communication history.
Other data: Survey responses, contest participation, audio/video recordings, and referral information.
We may also receive data from public sources, social media, and blockchain activity.
How does Nansen use my data?
We use your data to:
Deliver and improve our products and services.
Communicate with you and personalize your experience.
Support business operations and comply with legal obligations.
Detect usage patterns and perform analytics (in de-identified or aggregated form).
Do you label users’ wallet addresses using their Personal Data?
No. While labeling blockchain addresses is core to our business, we do not use personal data from users to reveal identities behind wallet addresses. If you see a label that concerns you, you can email us at support@nansen.ai.
Is my data secure?
We implement technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data. However, no system is 100% secure. Please take precautions and report any suspicious activity.
What are your official social channels?
X (Twitter): https://x.com/nansen_ai
YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@nansen_ai
Telegram: https://t.me/NansenAiOfficial
LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/nansen
Do you have verification page for websites, social media or messaging app handles?
To verify whether a Nansen account or link is legitimate, always use our official verification page: https://app.nansen.ai/help/verify-accounts or https://nsn.ai/verify
This page allows you to confirm official Nansen accounts across all major platforms, including Discord, LinkedIn, Reddit, Telegram, Website, X (Twitter), and YouTube. Simply select a platform from the dropdown menu to check if the account or URL is authentic.
Why this matters:
Scammers sometimes impersonate official accounts to trick users into sharing personal information, private keys, or crypto assets. Using the verification page ensures you’re interacting only with genuine Nansen representatives and channels.
Important security reminders: Official Nansen representatives will NEVER:
Message you first asking for sensitive information or immediate action
Request your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet access
Ask you to send crypto assets or money
Ask for personal or financial information
Note:
Nansen team members may occasionally reach out first regarding partnership or feedback on product, but they will never ask for sensitive information through direct messages.
Someone reached out on Social Media or Message app. Are they real?
To verify whether a Nansen account or link is legitimate, always use our official verification page: https://app.nansen.ai/help/verify-accounts or https://nsn.ai/verify
Visit the official Verify Accounts page
Cross-check the account handle, link, or username
If it’s not listed there, do not engage or share any personal information
How can I delete my data?
Please drop us an email at support@nansen.ai to request for account deletion.
How do I ensure my account is secure?
To secure your Nansen account users should:
Choose a strong password
Set up a passkey or authenticator app.
Please note Nansen wallets are permissionless, so only you control access — we may not be able to reset MFA or recover your account for you. If you lose your MFA method, you may be permanently locked out.
Why isn’t my passkey working?
The most common issue is that a passkey has been been created and stored on a different device or in a password manager that isn’t available on your current device or browser.
For example, a passkey created in a desktop browser extension may not automatically work in the Nansen mobile app on an iPhone.
For the best experience across the Nansen mobile and web apps, save your passkey with a password manager that syncs across your devices, such as Apple Passwords, Google Password Manager, or 1Password.
How do I change my password?
You can change your Nansen account password by using this password reset link. Follow the instructions to set up a new password.
I forgot where I stored my passkey—what do I do?
Contact us at support@nansen.ai. Our support team can help identify the type of passkey associated with your account so you know where to look for it.
