Updating Your Wallet Login Method

Action required by March 31, 2026
We’ve upgraded our login system to offer a faster, more reliable sign-in experience. Wallet login now supports EVM and Solana wallets only. Google, Apple, and email login are not affected.
If you previously signed in with a wallet on another chain (Cosmos, Starknet, Sui, Tron, or Aptos), you’ll need to link a new login method before March 31.
Your funds and data are safe
This change is only about how you sign in. It does not affect:
Your staked assets — staking continues earning regardless of login method
Your points balance and history
Your watchlists, alerts, or any account data
Your ability to connect wallets for on-chain features
Nothing moves. Nothing resets. Your account stays exactly as it is.
Option A: Link a new method in Account Settings (easiest)
If you can already sign in with Google, Apple, or email:
Sign in to Nansen and go to Account Settings
Connect an email address or an EVM/Solana wallet
Done — use your new method to sign in going forward

Option B: Link a new method from the sign-in page
If your only login method was an unsupported wallet and you can’t sign in:
Go to the Nansen sign-in page and tap the wallet icon
Close the wallet popup
A yellow message will appear: “Signed in with a different wallet before?” — click “Link a new method”

This opens the previous wallet picker — sign in with your old wallet
You’ll be prompted to link a new login method: Google, Apple, or an EVM/Solana wallet
Once linked, use your new method to sign in going forward

What happens after March 31?
After March 31, the legacy wallet login will be retired. If you haven’t linked a new method by then, contact support — we’ll help connect a new credential to your account. Your data and staked assets remain intact either way.
Why is this changing?
We’re upgrading our wallet provider to deliver a faster, more reliable login experience. The new system supports EVM and Solana wallets along with Google, Apple, and email sign-in.
Will I lose my staking rewards or points?
No. Staking and points are tied to your account, not your login method. Everything continues normally.
Can I still connect my old wallet for on-chain features?
Yes. This only affects login. Wallet connections for features like points and staking are completely separate.
I missed the March 31 deadline
