What is the Nansen Referral Program?

The Nansen Referral Program rewards you for expanding our community of paid subscribers. When your referrals upgrade to paid plans (Pro Plan), you accumulate Nansen Points based on the value of their first subscription payment. It's our way of celebrating community builders who help grow the Nansen ecosystem.

Anyone can engage in the Nansen Referral Program. This is a separate program to the Nansen Affiliate Program.

Do monthly and annual subscriptions earn different Points?

Absolutely. Since Nansen Points are calculated based on the value of the first subscription payment, annual plans grant a larger reward upfront compared to monthly subscriptions.

Do I get Points when someone only signs up?

No, Points are earned only when your referral makes their first subscription payment.

Is there a limit to how many Points I can earn?

The sky's the limit! You earn Points from the first payment of every new referral’s paid subscription. The more paid subscribers you bring into the Nansen ecosystem, the larger your Points empire grows.

How do I know if someone used my referral link?

Your Account Settings displays all signups and upgrades connected to your link. You can also enable notifications to stay informed of your referral wins.

What if my referral upgrades their subscription later?

You’ll receive Points only for their initial payment when they first become a paid user. Subsequent renewals don't generate additional Points.

Can I see how many Points each referral has generated?

We display your aggregated referral statistics to give you the big picture of your success.

Do my referrals also earn Points too when subscribing?

Your referrals can begin their own Points journey by subscribing to a paid plan. However, they don't receive bonus Points simply for being referred.
