How do I cancel my subscription, and can I still use my current plan until the billing cycle is over?

To cancel your subscription, head over to Account Settings. You'll still have access to your current plan until the billing period ends.

• If you paid with a credit/debit card, make sure to cancel before the next billing date to avoid future charges. You can see when your subscription ends in Account Settings.

• If you paid with crypto, the subscription won't auto-renew. You'll only be charged again if you buy another plan.

Can I cancel my plan at any time?

If paying with credit card, you will not be charged if you cancel your plan before the next billing cycle. If you cancel during your subscription period, you will continue to enjoy unlimited access to your account until the end of your subscription period. We will not issue a refund.

If paying with crypto, your subscription will not renew automatically at the end of your current subscription period and you will not be charged unless you purchase another subscription.
